Board approves audit contract renewal, policy updates, MOUs and labor "sunshine" openers

At the Feb. 5 meeting, the Kenwood Board approved several contractual and policy items. Trustees approved renewal of the annual outside audit contract with Stephen Roatch Accountancy Corporation for the district and Measure F (Building Fund Bond) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026; the minutes note this is year two of a three-year contract.
The board also approved January CSBA policy updates (BP 1445 and AR 1445), an MOU with the Sonoma County Office of Education for data sharing, and an MOU to join SCOE's substitute teacher consortium covering July 1, 2025–June 30, 2028.
