Resident urges limits on parade-routing, raises noise concerns after Spur concert

She asked the council to review parade traffic routing and to consider establishing decibel limits in city limits to protect residents and businesses.
Councilmembers acknowledged the concern, asked follow-up questions about whether the concert was a new occurrence and noted that organizers had repositioned the stage this year, which may have directed sound toward neighborhoods. No immediate changes were announced; councilmembers said staff will take note of the complaint and consider how to coordinate future events and outreach to affected residents.
