District to proceed with Spyglass slope wall; tank installation to follow

Cerri said plans for the tank are complete and staff will meet with engineering to determine the best time to proceed with the tank bid. "The goal is to complete the retaining wall before winter," she said, which the District views as a priority to avoid winter weather impacts.
