Corporation Yard work nearly done on drywall and Trinity portions; electrical, internet remain

Catherine Cerri, the District's general manager, briefed the committee on progress at the Corporation Yard. "The Trinity portion of the Corporation Yard project is nearing completion," she said, noting carpet installation is complete and the fire sprinkler inspection has been passed.
Cerri added that staff will present an acceptance item for the Drywall and T-bar portion of the project and that there were no change orders for that contract. Remaining tasks include final electrical work and internet installation before the Consent Calendar item goes to the full Board.
