President Kristine Anderson reported the closed-session actions when the board reconvened at 6:02 p.m. The minutes record the roll-call vote for the personnel action with Trustees Anderson, Martin, Eisenhauer and Torres voting in favor and Trustee Emmanuel Mejia recorded as the lone Nay on the personnel matter. No public comment was filed for the closed-session agenda before the board entered closed session.
