On a motion by Arthur Rhodes seconded by Carol Vaughan the unaudited financial statements were accepted "with all in favor." No dollar amount for the mower was noted in the minutes; the minutes record that the purchase was unbudgeted and that further consideration of banking options will be placed on the Oct. 15 agenda.
