The board agreed to add an "other" blank line to capture energy types not listed and to add potential height choices under impacts; staff said she would include several height ranges and property-boundary setbacks. Members recommended a 30–45 day response period, with the survey mailed in June and results reviewed by the July 7 meeting.
Board members discussed enforcement and the limits of county authority (airport-affected areas, FAA rules) and asked staff to prepare an informational insert to accompany the mailed survey to help residents understand conservation easements, setback and water-use implications.
