The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board unanimously approved a Goals and Objectives and the Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting Form required under HB7013 during its Sept. 17 meeting. Chuck Adams, District Manager, presented a memorandum explaining the statutory requirement and told the board the first report is due by Dec. 1, 2025 and will likely be submitted alongside the annual budget adoption.
Adams described the form as explaining how the CDD will meet the goals; on a motion by Michael Walsh seconded by Janice Benedetti the board approved the form "with all in favor." No amendments to the approved form were recorded during the meeting.
