Planner reports amended plat family transfer and preliminary 'Bone Pileliner' subdivision in review

Desiree said, "We had the bully amended plat come through. That was family transfer. And then, we have the preliminary plat that Rose is working on for what they're calling the Bone Pileliner subdivision," and added she is reviewing amendments to planning laws that require expanded advertising (from three places to five) and other timing and limit changes. Desiree said she will circulate the statutory and administrative changes to the board so members know how review procedures have changed this year.
Board members asked clarifying questions about who is preparing plats and which fees and contracts (Forrest, KLJ) cover typing and consultant work; Desiree noted the county is still contracting with Forrest for subdivision work and that larger code or lease/rent building changes will require future attention in subdivision regulations.
