The Board of Selectmen approved the July 23 payroll warrant for $16,640.23 and an Accounts Payable Payment Manifest for $56,377.38 on a unanimous vote after Selectman Pitt moved and Selectman Nelson seconded the motion. Selectman Nelson then moved, and Selectman Pitt seconded, to approve the July 15 meeting minutes; that motion passed unanimously as well.
Later in the meeting Selectman Nelson moved, and Selectman Pitt seconded, to enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3, II(c) (matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person); roll-call votes were Yes from Chairman Paight, Selectman Pitt and Selectman Nelson and the board entered nonpublic session at 11:55 a.m. Public session reconvened at 12:45 p.m., and the board voted to seal the nonpublic minutes by unanimous roll-call. Selectman Pitt moved to adjourn at 12:45 p.m.; the motion carried unanimously.
