Select Board approves minutes, warrants and adjourns

At the start of the March 20, 2025 meeting the Select Board approved the Feb. 27, 2025 minutes and the Special Select Board meeting minutes from March 10, 2025 (the Annual Meeting with the Vermont Agency of Transportation) following motions by Tim Simpson that were seconded by Joe Solinsky; both motions passed. Later in the meeting Joe Solinsky moved to approve the March 20 Treasurer’s Report; Denis Royer seconded and the motion passed.
Board members reviewed invoices and signed warrants and recorded no correspondence. Denis Royer moved to adjourn at 7:01 PM; Tim Simpson seconded and the motion passed. The minutes record these procedural approvals and adjournment without roll-call tallies.
