County nursing home to apply for grants for adaptive e‑bike program on Northern Rail Trail

After discussion of anticipated benefits, implementation, and grant opportunities, Commissioner Lovlien moved to approve applying for grant funding for the e‑bike project; Commissioner Shurtleff seconded and the motion passed 3–0. Staff will pursue grant opportunities and return with applications or award notifications as appropriate.
