The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-03 on April 15, 2025, approving a proposed operation and maintenance budget for fiscal year 2025/2026 and setting a public hearing for July 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Heritage Pines Country Club Meeting Room.
District Manager Chuck Adams briefed the board, saying "the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget is similar to the Fiscal Year 2025 budget," and described increases and decreases that produced an approximate $4,000 net reduction in appropriations. The board accepted the measure on a motion by Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Carol Vaughan; the motion carried with all in favor. The staff projection showed an O&M assessment decrease of $2.88 per unit year‑over‑year.
