Heritage Pines board elects officers; Janice Benedetti removed from assistant secretary post

The resolution also removed Janice Benedetti from an assistant secretary position; existing appointments of Craig Wrathell as secretary and treasurer and Chuck Adams as assistant secretary were left unchanged. On a motion by Walsh, seconded by Vaughan, the board adopted Resolution 2025-01 "with all in favor." There was no roll-call breakdown reported in the transcript.
The action reorders the board's official officer roster ahead of other year-start business. The board remains scheduled to meet next on Feb. 18, 2025, and supervisors were reminded of filing and ethics obligations discussed earlier in the meeting.
