County awards three‑year auditing contract to CliftonLarsonAllen; FY27 fee $73,000

Turner reviewed CLA's all‑inclusive fixed fee schedule: $73,000 for FY2027, $75,500 for FY2028, and $78,000 for FY2029, with two optional one‑year renewal periods at $80,500 and $83,000. He noted the single audit fee assumes one major federal award program per year and that preparing an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) would add $5,000 per year.
Commissioner Lovlien moved to award the contract to CLA for an initial three‑year term with two optional renewal years; Commissioner Shurtleff seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The County will execute the contract and bring CLA on as the auditor for the stated term.
