The board approved minutes from March 4, 2025, and April 15, 2025, each by 5-0 votes following motions by Secretary Suzanne O'Connor (one motion seconded by Paul Shiner; the other seconded by Carmela Braun). The board set the next regular Planning Board meeting for June 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM (continued consideration of 419 River Road) and noted a June 16 meeting to include election of officers. Ms. O'Connor moved to adjourn, Ms. Bennett seconded, and the motion passed 4-0; the meeting adjourned at 8:41 PM.
