Community Development Director Daniel Cardenas explained the proposal will reconfigure existing lots and vacate segments of prior plats to create Lot 37 for future development; the Planning Commission forwarded a unanimous recommendation for approval.
Applicant Marty Beaumont, appearing before the Council, summarized on-site progress: "The foundation is in and the foundation walls are coming," he said, describing adjacent hotel and commercial foundations under construction. Council Member Todd Williams moved to approve the subdivision; Council Member Dianna Andersen seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
