The Board approved the minutes from its June 25, 2026 meeting after a motion by Ms. Dow and second by Ms. Bennett; the motion passed unanimously by roll call. The Board later voted unanimously to accept the Town Manager's report and directed it be posted on the Town website (motion by Mr. Orestis, second by Ms. Dow).
Mr. Orestis moved and Mr. Widi seconded offering a consent calendar for payroll and accounts payable warrants as presented; the Board approved the warrants unanimously. Chair Widi then moved to adjourn, Mr. Orestis seconded, and the meeting concluded at 6:20 PM. The minutes were submitted by Recording Secretary Ann Lukegord.
