Public Works Director Neal Winterton provided construction updates: pool equipment and play feature have arrived, interior piping and electrical are progressing, and large shade‑sail footings have been set; the contractor expects to pour concrete decks when weather allows. Winterton cautioned that certain access streets (600 West, 800 North, 400 North) may see intermittent closures during final work and that the City will communicate status on the website and social media.
