MAC approves minutes and agenda, advances routine consent items
Summary
The Oak Park MAC unanimously approved the corrected Sept. 25 minutes and the Oct. 30 agenda (following a proposed reorder), and approved Consent Items 6b and 6c while pulling 6a and 6d for separate discussion.
At the Oct. 30 meeting the Oak Park MAC handled routine procedural business before substantive items. Chair Brian Trushinski moved, and Jane Nye seconded, the motion to approve the September 25 minutes as amended (correction to chemical names); the motion passed unanimously. Trushinski also moved to reorder the agenda so Item 13 would precede Item 7; the agenda approval motion (moved by Trushinski and seconded by Nye) passed unanimously.
For consent business, Chair Trushinski pulled Items 6a (Ventura County Sheriff's Office report) and 6d (CSA4 Mariposa report) to be addressed separately; a motion by Jane Nye and second by JL Diaz approved consent Items 6b and 6c unanimously. No other formal votes were recorded that changed policy at the Oct. 30 meeting.
