Council Member Eric Jensen cautioned against duplicating prior downtown planning work (R/UDAT) and emphasized that any consultant effort should build on previous analyses rather than redoing prior work. Darrington said staff will work with MAG to refine the scope and determine consultant roles and next steps if the City accepts the award.
