Pleasant Grove City Council on Jan. 21, 2025, adopted Resolution 2025‑02 authorizing the mayor to sign an interlocal cooperative agreement with Utah County to aid the homeless under the county’s 2024/2025 Winter Response Plan. City Administrator Scott Darrington told the council the Utah Housing Coalition has already spent $150,000 to acquire a building used as a warming hut and that cities were asked to contribute funds based on population.
