Highway superintendent schedules bid openings, board signs Right‑of‑Way applications

Sorenson reported the state had posted spring road postings on Feb. 17, 2026 but Kingsbury County would delay county postings for at least a week.
Sorenson presented Right‑of‑Way Occupancy applications from East River for CR11 and CR2 (boring) and the board authorized Vice‑Chairman Lundquist to sign the applications. Sorenson requested travel to the highway conference in Deadwood, March 17–20, 2026, which the board approved by motion. The minutes record the motions and unanimous votes.
