The board approved up to $1,200 for purchase and installation from Independent Upfitters of Brookings. The meeting minutes record that motions to approve the quarterly report and SOPs and the procurement carried with all present voting aye.
Longville additionally requested executive session time for personnel matters, which the board granted. No other emergency-management purchases or policy changes were authorized at this meeting.
