Board approves plats for Ingalls and Sullivan additions

County Auditor Echo Steffensen read Resolution 2026-3 for the Plat of Ingalls Addition (NE¼ of Section 3, Township 110N, Range 56W). The Board adopted the resolution on a motion by Troy Nelson, second by Roger Walls, with roll-call votes recorded as Lee – aye, Spilde – aye, Walls – aye, Lundquist – aye. Similarly, Resolution 2026-4 for the Plat of Sullivan's Addition (S½SE¼ of Section 34, Township 110N, Range 56W) was presented and adopted on a motion by Lundquist, second by Spilde.
Both resolutions were presented as forwarded by the Planning & Zoning Commission and were accepted and signed by Chairman Kyle Lee. The approvals formally record the plats in county records and clear the way for the legal filing of the described additions.
