Grant Administrator Leslie Wilbourn reported that the Town of Meeker was not awarded funding from the TSET Built Environment Healthy Food Grant or the Municipal Road Drilling Activity Fund in the current cycle.
Wilbourn said 22 applications were submitted for the TSET grant and only two awards were made, both to larger foundations; feedback suggested future applications should provide more detail about specific uses of funds. Regarding the Municipal Road Drilling Activity Fund, Wilbourn noted Lincoln County received two awards among four applications; she said the Town will reapply with improved applications.
