NTM to install digital marquee Oct. 20; board hears plan to update fire-alarm pull stations

Separately, Director Francisco Carmona reported the district’s pull-station fire alarm system needs updating, additional pull stations will be installed, and staff are considering changes to how the system is monitored. Carmona said upgrades will be implemented gradually until the entire system is updated.
