Trustee Weissbohn moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 6:32 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing Executive Session minutes for approval and possible release; Trustee Diachenko seconded and the motion passed 5–0. The Board returned to regular session at 7:05 p.m.
Following return to open session, Trustee Kraus moved to adopt Resolution #2025-02 approving amendments to Executive Session minutes as discussed and releasing specified minutes to the public. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting was then adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
