The Select Board approved routine financial and personnel items on April 27.
On a series of 3–0 votes the board approved FY26 AP Warrant #23 for $405,577.99 and Payroll Journal #435 for $10,616.52. The board also approved the March 23, 2026 regular meeting minutes. The board voted to approve a pole relocation on Poland Range Road (moving pole number 35 north) and to appoint Diane Holden as Registrar of Voters, Kathy Hogue as Warden and a slate of election clerks for terms beginning May 1, 2026 and ending April 30, 2028. Chair Jon Morris moved to reappoint Paul Carignan as a Planning Board alternate and the motion passed 3–0. Chair Morris also moved that the Annual Town Report be dedicated to Susan Bradstreet; the board approved the dedication.
The Town Administrator noted she will confirm residency for one listed clerk (Nancy Doble) prior to certifying election appointments. The pole application will be processed according to standard town procedures.
