IDOT plans appear to include pedestrian signal work at Jamestown Lane, village says

Burke said the improvements "should provide safe pedestrian access" and that this information has been communicated to residents; he also noted the signal serves both Lincolnshire and Vernon Hills and that IDOT appears to be the responsible agency for the work. Trustees asked clarifying questions about jurisdiction and responsibilities; Burke confirmed IDOT would likely bear responsibility for pedestrian improvements included in the resurfacing project.
