Silver Creek P&Z approves agenda and past minutes; two members abstain on prior minutes

On Sept. 3, 2024 the Silver Creek Township P&Z approved the meeting agenda (7-0) and approved Aug. 6 minutes with a 5-0 vote; Justin Hall and Jesse Dickinson abstained on the minutes because they were absent at the earlier meeting.
The Silver Creek Township Planning and Zoning Board approved its Sept. 3 meeting agenda by a 7-0 vote after a motion from Mike Helman and a second from Brandon Geyen.
For approval of the Aug. 6, 2024 minutes, Tom Vanek moved and Mike Helman seconded. The minutes were approved 5-0; Justin Hall and Jesse Dickinson recorded abstentions because they were not present at the Aug. 6 meeting. Clerk-Treasurer Alana Paumen noted twelve residents attended in person and four joined by Zoom; members Sandy Forsman and Mark Egge were listed as absent. The meeting later adjourned by a motion from Brandon Geyen, seconded by Tom Vanek, carried 7-0.
