CDD reviews curb and sidewalk inspection; homeowners to be notified of driveway responsibilities

Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and a proposed scope for areas deemed severe. He said he sent quantities to Collier Paving and expects to present repair quotes at the next meeting. Krebs is preparing a draft memorandum to inform certain homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their own driveways and will send that draft to Mrs. Adams and Chair Schultz for review before distribution.
The board discussed line-of-sight landscape issues and how some drivers may need to pull forward farther at intersections; Krebs will include the necessary quantities and recommendations in the forthcoming repair estimate and homeowner notification.
