Board approves blanket template for drainage easements from PSGRC to RRCDD
Summary
District Counsel presented a template Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to RRCDD; the Board approved the template and agreed that each future easement will include a specific sketch and legal description when added to an agenda.
District Counsel Tony Pires presented a proposed Grant of Easement template to convey drainage from PSGRC to the River Ridge Community Development District. Mr. Long and Mr. Krebs indicated they were comfortable with a blanket drainage easement, and Mr. Pires noted that the template could be used repeatedly but that each instance should include a sketch and legal description when presented for approval.
On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, and "with all in favor," the Board approved the Proposed Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to RRCDD. Mr. Krebs said he is preparing two additional drainage easements for Seaside II and the Golf Course area and will forward them to Mr. Pires when complete.
