On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Mountford, and "with all in favor," the Board approved the one-time amount of $1,475 and authorized staff to add additional week-to-week cleanings for the next month if necessary. Mr. Long will evaluate and advise staff weekly on whether more cleanings are required.
