Eric Long presented Bowman Consulting Group's proposal for landscape architecture services to implement a Pelican Sound master signage program, including replacement and relocation of neighborhood monuments. Mr. Krebs said some monuments are foam and some stone and that some will be relocated; the neighborhood monument replacements, design and permitting costs will be charged to Pelican Sound replacement reserves.
On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, and "with all in favor," the Board approved the Bowman Consulting Group proposal. Staff will provide neighborhood information, guardhouse designs and renderings as the project progresses.
