District Counsel recommended opening a public hearing; Mrs. Cleo Adams opened and closed the hearing with no members of the public speaking.
Board members agreed to a specific amendment — removing references to "Exhibit B" in the first Whereas clause and throughout the document — before voting. On motion by Mr. Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Robert Twombly, the Board adopted Resolution 2024-08 "as amended" with all in favor. The action certifies the assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of the assessments as described in the resolution.
