Vicky Primeaux moved to approve the amended contract and Erika Flores seconded; the motion passed 6-0. Board President Michael Brooks-Jimenez announced the board had entered executive session for the evaluation and contract discussion. Minutes record that no formal action was taken while in executive session and the approval occurred after the board resumed regular session.
