Salina board approves $4.65 million in encumbrances, signs FY26 contracts including mental‑health agreement

It also included routine fundraising approvals and FY26 contracts: a contract with GRAND Mental Health (listed as “GRAND”), an FY26 contract with the Oklahoma Department of CareerTech, and a 2025–2026 participation agreement with the Oklahoma State Department of Education and Public Consulting Group, Inc., to allow the district to bill Medicaid for the school year.
