Sergeant Matt Dillon updated trustees on police department equipment at the Feb. 13 meeting. "The new vests for the officers came in," he said; he also reported the squad car returned from Morrow Brothers with no current issues and that body cameras "are doing good" and available for Chief Workman to review stops.
Mayor Lambert asked when the speed trailer will be operational; Sergeant Dillon said it is expected to be in service in March 2025. The police report was submitted to the board and is on file with the village clerk.
