Votes and procedural actions at Loami board meeting, Nov. 14, 2024

Trustee Patterson moved to approve the Oct. 10 minutes; Trustee Grider seconded and the board recorded "All in favor; motion carried." Trustee Patterson later moved to approve unpaid bills (Trustee Lawson seconded) with a roll call reflecting four ayes and no nays.
Trustee Greg Patterson moved the board into an executive session to discuss pending litigation; Trustee Rose Mann seconded and the board voted to enter executive session. The board later reconvened, then adjourned the regular meeting. The next regular meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024.
