Loami board approves July treasurer's report, minutes and unpaid bills

"Trustee Patterson made a motion to accept the report as presented to the board," the minutes record; Trustee Stephen Grider seconded and the motion carried on a roll call with Trustees Jay Branson, Stephen Grider, Rose Mann and Greg Patterson voting Aye.
Clerk Carissa Grider then presented the July 11, 2024 meeting minutes and the list of unpaid bills. Trustees moved and seconded to approve the minutes and to approve payment of the unpaid bills; both motions carried, with the minutes recording "All in favor, motion carried" for the minutes and an identical unanimous roll call result for the unpaid bills. The minutes do not list any dissenting votes or abstentions.
