The Santa Fe South Schools, Inc. Governance Board approved a multi-item consent agenda and accepted its February financial reports during the April 21, 2025 meeting. Board members voted 5–0 to pass the consent items covering approval of March 24 and April 8 meeting minutes and vendor/encumbrance and vendor fund payments for Funds 11 (General), 60 (Activity) and 21 (Building) for March 1–31, 2025.
Larry McFarlin, Executive Chief of Operations, provided a brief summary of the financial reports before the board voted. The motion to approve the February financial reports was made by Vicky Primeaux and seconded by Susan Agel; the board recorded a 5–0 vote in favor (Susan Agel, Tyler Green, Dr. Ed Frick, Vicky Primeaux, Ericka Flores). The board proceeded to the remainder of its agenda after the approvals.
