The motion to adopt the resolution passed on a roll-call vote with Chairman Kyle Lee, Commissioners Steve Spilde, Roger Walls, Corey Lundquist and Troy Nelson recorded as voting “aye.” After the adoption Chairman Lee left the meeting and Vice-Chairman Corey Lundquist presided for the remainder of the session.
