The Selectboard reiterated that decisions about spending Eden Youth Sports funds are the responsibility of the committee. The minutes note that the EYS checkbook remains at the Town Office and that invoices are submitted to the Town Clerk for payment, but do not record any board directive to change EYS purchasing procedures or to audit committee spending.
