The PaCE Framework adoption was moved by Wiesbrock and seconded by Chambers; the work items for the maintenance grant were approved on a motion by Kozak with Chambers seconding. The Operating Funds Reduction Plan was approved on a motion by Chambers and seconded by Wiesbrock. Each motion passed with five yeas recorded.
