Board pulls December minutes to change Crossroads Church rental amount from $250,000 to $25,000

The Santa Fe South Schools, Inc. governing board voted on Jan. 27 to remove the Dec. 16, 2024 minutes from the consent agenda so the minutes could be amended to correct a rental amount for Crossroads Church.
Dr. Ed Frick moved to pull the December minutes, and Susan Agel seconded; the motion passed 6-0. The minutes item in question will be amended to change the Crossroads Church minimum rental amount from $250,000.00 to $25,000.00, according to the motion recorded in the meeting minutes.
Board members present at the vote were Susan Agel, Michael Brooks-Jimenez, Tyler Green, Dr. Ed Frick, Vicky Primeaux and Ericka Flores. The minutes record shows Rosy Trujillo was not recorded in that particular vote.
