Board accepts treasurer's report, minutes and bills; pancake breakfast raised over $1,000 for Christmas in the Park

Trustees voted to accept the September 2024 treasurer's report as amended after Trustee Greg Patterson questioned why debits showed while the balance increased; Treasurer Brad Colantino said he will correct the report presentation in future months. Trustee Patterson moved to accept the report and the motion carried on roll call.
The board also approved the Sept. 12 minutes and a set of unpaid bills; both motions passed unanimously. Mayor Steven Lambert announced that a pancake & sausage breakfast fundraiser raised over $1,000 toward this year’s Christmas in the Park program. Treasurer Colantino presented the treasurer's report and will update future reports as discussed.
