Board allows resident to remove and replace semi-trailer at Elm Street property

Trustee Greg Patterson moved to approve removal and replacement; Trustee Aaron Pippin seconded and the motion passed on unanimous roll call.
The board's action authorizes the immediate removal and replacement as described in the meeting record; no additional conditions or permit language were recorded in the Oct. 10 minutes. The Mayor indicated the matter was raised at the resident's request and will be reflected in November's agenda if follow-up is required.
