The Village of Loami board voted unanimously Sept. 12 to accept the August 2024 treasurer’s report, approve minutes from three recent meetings and authorize payment of unpaid bills.
Treasurer Brad Colantino presented the August financial report; Trustee Greg Patterson moved to accept the report and Trustee Todd Lawson seconded. The roll call recorded Grider Aye, Lawson Aye, Mann Aye, Patterson Aye and Pippin Aye; the motion carried. Clerk Carissa Grider then presented minutes for the Aug. 8 regular meeting, the July 25 special meeting and the Sept. 5 special meeting; each set was approved after motions and seconds with "all in favor" recorded. The board also approved unpaid bills after a motion by Trustee Stephen Grider and a second by Trustee Greg Patterson; the roll call matched the earlier vote and the motion carried.
The approvals were routine and will be reflected in the Clerk’s official records. The board adjourned with its next regular meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2024.
