Mad River Path advisory: study presented and outreach events scheduled

Michael Duell reported that the Mad River Path held a public presentation on Oct. 1 about a proposed multi-use path that would be built mostly within the VT100 right-of-way and separated from the road. Duell said the presentation outlined the study results and the project's opportunities and challenges.
Duell also noted outreach activities: a bike ride from Warren to Waitsfield on Oct. 2 with a state delegation to raise awareness among state officials, and an Advisory Team meeting scheduled for Oct. 29 to continue planning work and stakeholder input.
